Our bodies are like a record of our experiences, storing memories of our stories in the form of scars, tensions, and emotional blocks. It's my belief and experience that bodywork therapy can help identify and release these blocks, allowing you to break free from old patterns and live more fully. What is Bowen Technique?
Bowen involves a series of moves across muscle, tendon and other soft tissue fascia, using fingers and thumbs and gentle pressure. A series of 2-5min breaks between each set of movements allows the client to deeply relax whilst the body begins the process of self-healing.

Many clients experience improvements in 2-3 sessions, often leading to long-term benefits. Bowen therapy is suitable for all, from pregnant women to newborns and the elderly. It aids recovery from various conditions, such as traumatic injuries and chronic illnesses, depending on an individual's ability to heal. Common reasons for seeking Bowen therapy include:

I commenced my training as a bodywork therapist in 2017, achieving qualification in the Bowen Technique in 2020 and the Grinberg Method™ in 2023. This journey was driven by my first-hand experience of the transformative power of touch, which enabled me to become more grounded, embodied, less focused on the mind, and better equipped to manage pain and emotional ups and downs.
